Here are five aspects just to start with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Remember each team member is an individual and will have an individual response mechanism to both the practical and psychological impact Covid 19 on their lives and that of their family. Spend time with them to understand that individual response.<\/li><li>Ensure they feel safe at work, and if not, explore what can be done to achieve that safety.<\/li><li>Explain to them, that if they are fit, well and safe, their continued contribution to your business is key to its future success.<\/li><li>If they are travelling to work, provide them with a written letter of authority from yourself, explain their role as a key worker.
