In the second half of 2021, we\u2019ve been busy speaking to farmers from multiple enterprises, and across England<\/strong>. As part of the Future Farming Resilience Fund<\/a>, we\u2019ve been working closely with land owners\/managers to truly understand how they are feeling about the future of farming. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We too have delved deep into their plans of action, and any changes they feel need to be made on farm to become more profitable.<\/strong> Here’s what we discovered:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivering a bespoke evaluation of these farms, and getting under the skin of their strategies, has prompted some useful conversations around how every business can be driven forward. Working closely with the farmers, we\u2019ve been able to recognise their strengths and identify areas of resilience that need to be strengthened for future robustness and adaptability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We too have been able to define some short and long-term challenges, and what can be done to build a successful future farm business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
