I joined Promar International in 2013 after seven years within the environmental consultancy sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My focus is to develop sustainable food supply chains and understand the impact food production has on the environment from farm to fork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working with clients ranging from the utilities sector to food supply businesses, I aim to help companies understand their environmental impact and the ways they can make efficiencies and cost-savings by being more sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My main responsibility has been developing our certified carbon footprint tool and I am currently working on a tool for developing a sustainability assessment for the whole food supply chain. I have also managed a range of catchment management projects to assess diffuse pollution risk, and help clients engage with farmers in ways to prevent or reduce losses to the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
